The Wax Vault overview

The Wax Vault is a personal vinyl record collection manager built for collectors who want a clean, straightforward way to keep track of their physical and digital record libraries. Add albums to your collection with cover art, artist info, release year, genre, and personal notes. Browse your library in compact rows, card view, or grid layout depending on how you like to see your records. Adjust font size and time format to suit your preferences. The wishlist feature lets you log albums you are hunting for — mark them as found and move them into your main collection whenever you track one down. Everything stays on your device. No account needed, no internet required, no data leaves your phone. The app works fully offline from the moment you install it. A minimal empty state greets you when your collection is empty, with a short hint to get started. No clutter, no forced onboarding, just a clean slate ready for your records.
