Heroic | The Training Platform overview

Our mission is to help you be the best, most Heroic version of yourself so we can change the world together—one person at a time, starting with you and us today. Early research shows that Heroic can significantly boost your energy, productivity and connection in just minutes per day. Based on a pilot study of over 1,000 Heroic members conducted in partnership with leading experts in the field of positive psychology and human flourishing, members who hit 3+ targets per day self-reported gains of, on average, a 40% increase in energy, a 20% increase in productivity, and a 15% increase in connection. Again, in less than 3 minutes on the app per day for just 30 days. The app integrates the absolute best of ancient wisdom and modern behavioral science to help you move from theory to practice to mastery and consistently do the things you already know you could be doing to close the gap between who you’re capable of being and who you’re actually being—not someday but TODAY. Our members say it best. Check out the 5-star reviews for how they describe their experience and how quickly the app becomes a key part of their daily routine. Heroic is powered by Heroic Public Benefit Corporation, a world-class company with a mission: create a world in which 51% of humanity is flourishing by the year 2051
