Every mental health journey is unique. That’s why our expert providers take a hands-on approach to tailor treatment to your needs. Whether you need therapy, medication, or both, you can see improvement at every step—no matter how severe your symptoms. 86% of Brightside members get better within 12 weeks Appointments within 48 hours Treatment tailored to you 1:1 dedicated support from start to finish Here’s what you can expect at Brightside: 1:1 Video Sessions Meet face-to-face with your provider in a live, two-way video appointment. Brightside uses your device’s camera and microphone so you can see and hear each other in real time, and you can mute your microphone or turn off your camera at any point in the call. Proactive Progress Tracking Look back at your progress over time and signal if you need your treatment adjusted. Anytime Messaging Send your provider a message to get questions or concerns off your chest between sessions. Skill-Building Lessons Learn how to integrate new thought and behavior patterns into your daily life. About camera and microphone access Brightside requests camera and microphone access for live video sessions with your provider. Access begins when you join a session and ends when the session does. Your session keeps running if you leave the app mid-appointment—to check an email or pull up a document, for example. Audio stays connected so you and your provider can keep talking, and your video pauses until you come back. While a session is live, you’ll see a Brightside notification you can tap to return to it. Getting better starts now, with Brightside by your side.
