Lumis Nap overview

Lumis Nap is a Wear OS watch face inspired by the quiet magic of a cat dozing beneath a paper-cut cosmos. The background is a layered papercraft scene showing a sleeping cat curled into a peaceful crescent, rendered in stacked matte grey and ash-toned paper shapes with visible cut edges casting soft, delicate shadows across one another. The dark charcoal and slate grey backdrop is built from multiple torn and cut paper layers that recede into depth, giving the composition a calm, dimensional quality. Subtle gold foil accents trace the curve of the cat's tail, the tips of its ears, and the outermost fur layer, suggesting a faint celestial warmth against the deep background. Scattered around the sleeping figure are tiny paper-cut star fragments and translucent moon slivers in muted gold and pale ivory, drifting gently as if suspended in a quiet dream. Soft diffused light emanates from behind the central layers, giving the whole scene a gentle inner glow. The center of the composition is intentionally open and uncluttered, leaving restful space above the cat so that watch hands remain easy to read at a glance. The overall mood is cosmic and dreamy yet deeply still — a reminder that rest carries its own kind of wonder. Lumis Nap is designed for those who find comfort in the place where the everyday and the infinite quietly overlap.
