Laynivo: Live Queue overview

Laynivo keeps walk-in service moving without asking customers to remain in a crowded waiting room. Customers scan a queue QR code or enter its short code, take a numbered token with minimal details, and watch their live position and estimated wait from their own phone. Turn alerts let them know when they are almost up and when a counter is ready. They can leave and join again when a queue is open. For clinics, pharmacies, salons, repair shops, service desks and small offices, Laynivo provides a focused staff console. Create multiple queues, invite team members, serve one shared line from several counters, call the next token, record service or a no-show, recall a skipped token, and pause, close or reopen service. Wait estimates update from the number of people ahead, active counters and the queue's rolling service pace. Priority handling is bounded so urgent or elderly visitors can be assisted without permanently blocking the standard line. An in-room board shows the tokens currently being served without exposing customer names. Private business insights summarize served volume, average wait, no-show rate and busy hours. Queue changes are processed by an authoritative online service so parallel staff actions cannot call the same token twice. Cached queue state remains visible during a brief connection loss; queue-changing actions resume when connectivity returns.
