Alongside a recent price increase for the Google TV Streamer, Google has quietly raised prices across nearly the entire Nest lineup. The adjustments take effect immediately and affect most Nest cameras and doorbells currently sold through the Google Store.
Earlier reports noted that the Google TV Streamer saw a hefty $50 increase. The Nest product changes are smaller but still meaningful for buyers: most Nest cameras and doorbells are now $20–$30 more expensive in the U.S., roughly an 11% rise on many models.

The Google Store shows updated pricing for five Nest products: three camera models and two doorbells. Below is a concise summary of the new recommended U.S. prices and the prior amounts they replaced.
Current price adjustments:
- Nest Cam (outdoor or indoor, battery): Now $199.99 (previously $179.99)
- Nest Cam Outdoor (wired, 2nd gen): Now $199.99 (previously $149.99)
- Nest Cam Indoor (wired, 3rd gen): Now $129.99 (previously $99.99)
- Nest Doorbell (wired, 3rd gen): Now $199.99 (previously $179.99)
- Nest Doorbell (battery): Now $199.99 (previously $179.99)
One notable exception is the Nest Cam with Floodlight bundle, which remains priced at $279.99. It appears the floodlight accessory may be cushioning that product from a visible sticker price increase. Other Nest devices — including the Google Home speaker, Nest Learning Thermostat (4th gen), Nest Thermostat, and the Nest Hub (2nd gen) — are not affected by this round of adjustments.
At present, these increases are most visible on the Google Store. Some third-party retailers have not yet updated their listings, so there may be an opportunity to buy at older prices while stock lasts. Shoppers should compare retailers if they want to avoid the new pricing or find a better deal.

The company attributed the price adjustments to rising component costs and said the changes apply to select Nest cameras, doorbells, and the Google TV Streamer 4K as of August 31. Google emphasized its continued commitment to delivering strong smart-home security features and regular product updates.
