The standout version of Samsung’s new Galaxy Z Fold 8 is the charming green “Pistachio” model, and fittingly, it’s already showing signs of selling out.
Galaxy Z Fold 8 is available broadly in black, white, and purple, but Samsung.com carries an exclusive light green “Pistachio” finish that looks even better in person than in photos. Among the color options, this shade feels the most playful and distinctive.
And it’s starting to disappear from inventory.
This afternoon we noticed that Samsung’s site is having trouble completing purchases for the 256GB Pistachio model of the Galaxy Z Fold 8. The 512GB and 1TB configurations remain listed as available, but the base 256GB unit appears to be gone from purchase flows while other colors at 256GB are still in stock.
When attempting to check out with the 256GB Pistachio Fold 8, the site returns a checkout error and clears the cart, forcing users to start over. Samsung has not officially labeled the variant out of stock; instead, customers encounter an error during checkout whether they are signed in or browsing as a guest, even in an incognito window.
Your experience may vary depending on timing and location, but the evidence suggests Samsung is running low on this particular configuration — which seems fitting for such a distinctive color choice.

There’s a good chance Samsung will restock the Pistachio 256GB model, but with pre-orders closing in about ten days, current trade-in values and early-purchase incentives could vanish before any replenishment arrives.
